Abstract
Objective: to analyze simvastatin combined low molecular heparin for treatment of unstable angina, and provide reference for clinical treatment of unstable angina. Methods: randomly selected from our hospital in August 2011 to August 2013 were analyzed in 84 cases of patients with unstable angina, 42 cases of patients were divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases, Control group using aspirin + as those of nitrate medications, observation group in the control group of drug use, on the basis of using simvastatin combined therapy with low molecular heparin, contrast observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results: 18 cases were markedly effective, observing group, 19 cases effectively, invalid in 5 cases, total effective rate 88.1%; Control group 14 cases were markedly effective, effective in 16 cases, 12 cases, total effective rate 71.4%. Observation group treatment effect is bet er than the control group, compared the two groups have dif erence (P< 0.05). Conclusion: simvastatin combined low molecular heparin in the treatment of unstable angina, treatment effect is good, safe and effective, worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
