高效液相色谱测定葛根芩连丸中葛根素的含量

摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of puerarin in Gegen Qinlian pellets. Method Chromatographic column: Diamonsil? C18 (250x4.6 mm,5 μm); mobile phase: methanol-water (15:85); flow rate: 1.0 mL·min-1; detection wavelength: 250 nm;column temperature: 30 ℃. Result Puerarin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 2.0~50.0 μg·mL-1 (r=0.9999).The average recovery of puerarin was 99.8%(RSD=1.03%). Conclusion This method is simple,reliable and Reproducible, can be used for quality control of the Gegen Qinlian pel ets.关键词
