Abstract
Objective To introduce basic and clinical studies of the anti-adhesion products in current domestic market. Methods The domestic literatures related to basic and clinical studies of anti-adhesion in recent years were reviewed. Results Postoperative adhesion often occurs after surgeries in clinic. It causes a variety of clinical complications and af ects the normal function of injured organs. Currently a number of materials are used in clinic to prevent postoperative adhesion. Polylactic acid, hyaluronic acid and chitosan are the most widely investigated and used materials. Conclusions The current products can prevent adhesion formation after surgeries. But there are many weaknesses. Hydrogel could become a new generation of anti-adhesion product.关键词
