Abstract
Objective: In type 2 diabetes with severe or very severe in patients with sudden hearingloss, observed hormone therapy,as wel as dif erent levels of blood glucose under control to observe the ef ect of hormone use, to guide clinical practice. Methods: Test one: Using the same glucose-lowering drugs wil patients fasting blood sugar and meals 2 hours after blood glucose control in 7.8 ~ 13.9 mmol/L, in the use of other common treatments premise, compared to use, or not to use hormone treatment of type 2 diabetes with sudden hearingloss (severe or extremely severe) patients dif erences. Test two:Each patient al use other common treatments + hormone therapy, using the same of hypoglycemic agents in patients with fasting glucose and 2 hours after meals blood sugar control in dif erent levels, observes the patient curative ef ect dif erence. Results: In the fasting and 2 hours after meals blood glucose control in the 7.8 ~ 13.9mmol / L conditions, in addition to other common treatment programs, alternative use of hormone therapy more ef ective than those who do not use hormones. Use the same common treatment and hormone therapy, patient empty stomach blood sugar and meal lat er 2 hour blood sugar control in dif erent level, therapy in patients with dif erent. In blood glucose control in 13.9mmol / L fol owing two dif erent blood sugar levels, hormone therapy can not be considered a significant dif erence. However, blood glucose control in 13.9mmol / L the fol owing use of hormone therapy is ef ective in blood sugar control in 13.9mmol / L or more of patients. Conclusion: In type 2 diabetes with severe or very severe patients with sudden hearingloss treatment early use of hormones may improve the outcome; in hormone therapy, with at ention to control of blood glucose, blood glucose should be control ed in a certain range, can be no control to normal level.关键词
