Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical ef icacy of piperacil in / tazobactam in elderly patients with hip fracture appearance ef ect in the treatment of pulmonary infection. Methods: with the elderly patients with pulmonary infection in 86 cases from 2010 June to 2013 July for hip fracture in our hospital, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group two groups, 43 cases in each group, the control group take piperacil in / sulbactam in the treatment, the treatment group to piperacil in / tazobactam in the treatment of, evaluation of two groups of patients with curative ef ect, and adverse reaction of bacteriological ef icacy. Results: the total ef ective rate in treatment group was 90.69%, compared to the control group 76.74%, significantly improve. The dif erence was statistical y significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: compared with piperacil in / sulbactam, piperacil in / tazobactam is ef ective in the treatment of pulmonary infection in elderly patients with hip fracture bet er, has the obvious superiority in the aspect of improving the therapeutic ef ect and the bacterial clearance rate.关键词
