Abstract
Objective: To investigate the skin and soft tissue expansion applied to the head and face burns and plastic surgery in value. Methods: July 2010 to March 2013 in our hospital 128 cases of patients with head and facial burns, burns in the head and face plastic surgery process to give skin and soft tissue expansion for treatment, evaluate the success rate of surgery, patient satisfaction and complications. Results: 119 cases of surgery was very successful, beautiful appearance, function was normal, the patient has a high degree of satisfaction. Success rate of 92.97%. Al patients intraoperative and postoperative complications in 12 cases. 3 cases of intraoperative bleeding situation and take ef ective measures to stop bleeding after the intervention healed; nine cases of patients with wound infection, wound dehiscence due to lead to surgical aborted. Conclusion:Soft tissue expansion technique in the application of the head and face burns and plastic surgery has a high clinical value.But during surgery, should pay special at ention to the prevention and treatment of complications.关键词
