Abstract
Objective: to analyze the nursing intervention for stroke patients with dysphagia ef ect. Methods: from 2011 May to 2013 April, 152 cases with stroke with dysphagia patients as the research object, according to the order of the time of admission, divided into the observation group and the control group with 76 cases in each. The control group was given routine care, the observation group adopt a holistic nursing intervention. Compared two groups of clinical curative ef ect. Results: in the observation group, normal swal owing function (82.89%) was significantly higher than the control group, complications (18.42%), dysphagia disappeared (1.32%) was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: the stroke patients with swal owing dysfunction associated with the implementation of holistic nursing intervention, can reduce the patient cough and other adverse reactions, improve swal owing function, promote the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
