Abstract
Objective: To investigate the application of Orem pat ern in patients with hemiplegia cerebral hemorrhage combined ef ect. Methods: 46 cases of cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 23 cases in the control group received routine care, observation group wil orem self-care model throughout the routine care. Comparison of the two groups of patients with self-care and patient satisfaction with care. Results: The intervention group observed a month of daily living (ADL) to improve the situation and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion:The model used orem self hemiplegia cerebral hemorrhage patients, can improve the patient's daily living skil s, and promote early recovery of patients, but also improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
