摘要
Abstract
Objective:to analyze the influence of Doula on delivery. Method:a total of 200 cases in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group,the control group were the main implementation of conventional mode of delivery,and the observation group were the main implementation of Doula mode,and to observe the two groups of patients the delivery quality. Result the observation group:maternal psychological score, VAS score, the rate of cesarean section,the incidence of fetal distress were significantly lower than the control group dif erence between the two groups was statistical y significant (P<0.01)the observation group maternal birth process is significantly shorter than the control group,2h post partum bleeding was significantly less than the control group,two dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.01);Conclusion:doula implementation mode of delivery,not only can improve maternal psychological,but also to improve the natural delivery rate,shorten the birth process,also has an important significance to improve the quality of delivery.关键词
