Abstract
Objective: To explore the nursing methods of 30 degree lateral position in percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Methods: review and summarize the nursing method of our hospital in 2006 January -2013 year in December 98 cases of application of 30 degree lateral position in percutaneous nephrolithotomy patients. Results: al patients were accepted the operation safety, no postural complications in the surgery. 30 degree lateral position is simple, and the patient feels comfortable, wel tolerated, but also greatly save the medical staf manpower, time, improve operation ef iciency, convenience in anesthesia management. Conclusion: 30 degree lateral position in minimal y invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) in ef ect, the operation position suitable, can improve the operation of comfort, shorten the operation time, improve the tolerance ability of patients with operation, improve operation ef iciency, reduce the operation risk, and can obtain the clinical curative ef ect of higher, worthy of promotion.关键词
