摘要
Abstract
Objective To study anesthesia ef ect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia with propofol intravenous anesthesia in pediatric hernia surgery. Methods 110 cases children with underwent a hernia operation were divided into observation group and control group, observe group were given sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia, control group were given propofol intravenous anesthesia, stress index, awakening conditions were compared. Result Observation group E, NE, R, ATⅡlevel (161.5±19.2;187.3±20.3;4.8± 0.7;48.1 ±7.1), awakening time (16.8 ±3.2)min, agitation were significantly lower control group. Conclusion Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia with propofol intravenous anesthesia help ease stress state, promote postoperative revival.关键词
