Abstract
Objective Discusses the application of pulmonary encephalopathy patients breathing machine treatment experience. Methods Through the 20 patients with pulmonary encephalopathy were used conventional treatment is invalid adopt mechanical ventilation treatment. The Results Improvement and successful y weaning in 16 cases, 2 cases with heart failure, shock, upper gastrointestinal bleeding and other complications and death, 1 case of computer 3 d due to financial dif iculties and give up after treatment, 1 case died because of il ness relapse patients after tracheotomy. Conclusion Mechanical ventilation is the key to the treatment of pulmonary encephalopathy, saving life treatment measures.关键词
