摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical ef ect of aminophyl ine in treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the nursing countermeasures. Methods A retrospective analysis about 89 elderly cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was operated,al cases were given aminophyl ine treatment,observed the clinical ef ect,summarized the clinical nursing experience. Results After treatment the clinical symptoms improved significantly,the lung function indexes were bet er than before,no significant adverse reactions occurred during treatment. Conclusion Taking aminophyl ine in treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has good ef ect,and giving corresponding nursing care can improve the clinical ef ect and ensure drug safety.关键词
