Abstract
Objective To observe the ef ect on abdominal operation under general anesthesia on respiration, put forward countermeasures. Methods:a retrospective analysis of 549 cases of pulmonary complications of patients after abdominal operation under general anesthesia. Results: the comprehensive treatment cured to discharge in 546 cases, 3 cases of death. General anesthesia on pulmonary complications after abdominal operation high incidence and serious. Conclusion: general anesthesia abdominal operation of an adverse respiratory ef ects, clinical preventive nursing of such patients, can prevent or reduce the occurrence of PPC, especial y high-risk groups for age, smoking and preexisting lung disease is of great significance.关键词
