Abstract
Objective through observation and nursing of intestinal fistula patients, improve the cure rate of intestinal fistula patients. Methods: the psychological nursing, disease observation, continuous drainage tube care, nutritional support, basic nursing,negative pressure irrigation and suction for nursing. Results: through clinical nursing measures, patient's condition improved, improved the cure rate. Conclusion: intestinal fistula is a serious complication of abdominal surgery incommon, intestinal fistula successful y treated, nursing work extremely important.
