Abstract
Objective:To explore the optimal fixation method,analysis of the use of locking plates,DHS,three-dimensional external fixation treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Method:183 cases of intertrochanteric fracture patients. The locking plate treatment,61 cases,DHS treatment,83 cases,The three-dimensional stent therapy,39 cases. Results:The excellent and good rate: locking plate,95.08%;DHS,89.15%;The three-dimensional stent therapy,87.18%. Conclusion:Femoral intertrochanteric fracture fixation operation should first choose the locking anatomic plate.关键词
