Abstract
Objective:To observe the dezocine combined with remifentanil analgesia ef ect after abdominal operation. Methods:75 cases of patients undergoing abdominal operation were randomly divided into A, B, C 3 groups, operation before the end of the 30 min intravenous fentanyl 100 μ g, 48 h after operation for patient control ed intravenous analgesia (PCIA), recorded five hours after VAS, sedation score and adverse reaction after operation, record 24 h PCIA press numbers. Results:patients in 3 groups at each time point after SBP, DBP, HR, SpO2 sedation score were not statistical y significant. Conclusion: dezocine 1 plus remifentanil analgesia after abdominal operation, mild adverse reaction.关键词
