Medical Staff Novelty Anxiety Phenomenon Analysis and Mitigation Countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
With the development of science and technology and information,the role of Medical science and technology novelty retrieval is more and more important.The heavy task of novelty retrieval wil nevitably make the novelty search members have psychological problems, anxiety phenomenon is particularly prominent. This paper argues that there are three sources of the anxiety phenomenon such as psychological anxiety, information anxiety and vocational anxiety, and put forward the feasible relieved methods ,in order to provide evidences to make novelty searching work bet er.关键词
