摘要
Abstract
Objective Investiagte octreotide in patients with liver cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding in clinical application value. Methods from 2009 October to 2012 January in our hospital 60 patients receiving liver cirrhosis and upper digestive tract bleeding treatment, of which 30 cases were treated with conventional treatment, as the control group, the remaining 30 patients were treated with octreotide on the basis of conventional therapy, as the observation group, the clinical therapeutic ef ect of two groups of patients as the observation index, and use the SPSS 13 software package was used for statistical analysis. Results the clinical observation of patients with ef iciency is 93.33%, control group were 66.67%, P<0.01, with statistical y significant dif erence between groups. Conclusion octreotide can digestive tract hemorrhage the clinical treatment result ef ectively improve liver cirrhosis on the basis of conventional therapy, is important for the treatment of upper digestive tract hemorrhage in cirrhosis, has the value of clinical application.关键词
