摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the Kawasaki disease (KD) and the clinical symptoms and signs, laboratory examination, diagnosis and misdiagnosis. Methods: a retrospective analysis was made on 35 cases in our hospital Kawasaki disease data. Results: the early misdiagnosis rate was 29.7% (35 / 118), misdiagnosis and the shortest time of 3 days, the longest 20 days. Conclusion: to deepen the understanding of Kawasaki disease, improve related laboratory tests, can ef ectively reduce the misdiagnosis rate and rate of missed diagnosis.关键词
