摘要
Abstract
Obiective To investigation the clinical ef ect of quadratus femoris muscle pedicle bone graft combined with hol ow compression screws fixation in the treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods From 2010.01~2012.12, 21 cases of femoral neck fracture in young adults were treated in our hospital, Lateral incision of the hip joint, After open reduction with hol ow compression screws and combined with quadratus femoris muscle pedicle bone graft. Results Al patients were fol ow-up from 3~36 months.(average 15.9 months).Al patients with fracture were healed.According to the Harris scores system:12 cases were excellent,6 cases were good, 2 cases were fine 1 case was bad, The rate of excellent and good was 85.7%. Conclusion The treantment of femoral neck fracture by quadratus femoris muscle pedicle bone graft combined with hol ow compression screws can prevent nonunion Ef ectively. This technical can be widely applied in clinical practice.关键词
