Abstract
Objective according to the EDTA-K2 thrombocytopenic patients and healthy subjects were analyzed. Methods 13 cases of EDTA-dependent thrombocytopenia specimens using automatic blood cellanalyzer platelet count, platelet count manual y re-col ected peripheral blood pre-dilution manual counting, EDTA-K2 anticoagulant and peripheral blood smear staining platelet distribution.
