Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical ef ect of cervical plexus + anesthesia for thyroid operation. Methods: 46 cases of thyroid tumor resection were randomly divided into cervical plexus + general anesthesia group (group A) and 23 cases of general anesthesia group (group B) 23 cases, the two groups were observed before operation, at skin incision, excision of tumor time and extubation MAP, HR, awake extubation time. Results: among the two groups before operation and MAP before and after induction, HR no significant dif erence. But in the beginning and separation of thyroid operation MAP, HR had significant dif erence (P<0.05) in group.B, skin incision, resection of the tumor and extubation MAP and HR significantly higher than those in A group (P<0.05); B group of dosage of drugs were more than that of A group, postoperative spontaneous breathing recovery and extubation time in A group was significantly shorter than that of group B (P<0.05). Conclusion: thyroid operation choice of cervical plexus + general anesthesia, hemodynamic stability, in the perioperative stress response light, quick recovery after operation early extubation, and reduces postoperative pain.关键词
