Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of emergency tracheal intubation in treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in acute. Methods: a retrospective analysis of Medical Science in February to 2013 in our hospital since 2006 October were treated 48 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients with clinical treatment. Results: after treatment, 48 cases of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients, 40 cases (83.3%) improved, the symptoms disappeared, cholinesterase activity>50%, smoothly, extubation success, stable condition out of ICU, 8 cases (16.7%) died, had severe poisoning patients, patients most died of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. Conclusion: the treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients, in the conventional treatment at the same time, emergency tracheal intubation, can improve the prognosis of patients, improve the success rate, reduce the mortality rate.关键词
