The Application of B-Lynch Uterine Compression Suture to the Prevention and Cure of Postpartum Hemorrhage Due to Uterine Atony
摘要
Abstract
Objective The aim of this research is to study the application of B-Lynch uterine compression suture to the prevention and cure of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony. Methods adopted:dividing the 80 patients of Postpartum Hemorrhage into two groups, who was in our hospital during the time from September 2009 to December 2012. To compare the clinical ef icacy, B-Lynch uterine compression suture was applied to Test group (40 patients) and conventional treatment was given to Comparing group (40 patients). Results Test group performed bet er in aspects of the reduction of bleeding volume and volume of blood transfusion, the rate of uterus preservation and the rate of pregnancy again, P<0.05, no removal of uterus needed. Conclusion B-Lynch Uterine Compression Suture exerts ef ective clinical ef icacy on the prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage.关键词
