Abstract
Objective to apply with Chinese medicine acupuncture point massage ironing in anorectal diseases prevention and treatment of postoperative urinary retention of clinical observation. Methods:choose 120 cases of postoperative patients with anorectal diseases were randomly divided into three groups, with Chinese medicine treatment group using acupuncture point massage ironing, contrast a group adopt acupuncture point massage, do not use any measures to compare two groups, observation of three groups of patients with urination. Result:experimental group 35 cases, 5 cases inef ective, the ef ective rate was 87.5%;Against a set of ef ective 25 cases, 15 cases were invalid, ef ective rate was 62.5%;Compare two groups ef ectively in 5 cases, 35 had no ef ect, the ef ective rate was 12.5%. Conclusion:the acupuncture point massage with Chinese traditional medicine ironing can ef ectively prevent the happening of the anorectal diseases postoperative urinary retention.关键词
