摘要
Abstract
Objective to explore the application value of multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) in the diagnosis of primary gal bladder. in order to improve the ability of the diagnosis and dif erential diagnosis of the disease. Methods: MSCT findings in 20 cases with pathological y proved gal bladder cancer were retrospective analyzed. Results: tumor type (10 cases), the wal thickness in 6 cases, tubercle type 4 cases. 20 cases were enhanced markedly after enhancement scanning. 4 cases with gal bladder stones. 9 cases with direct liver invasion or metastasis, 6cases with abdominal lymph node enlargement, 4 cases of bile duct of liver inside and outside expansion. Conclusion:Gal bladder cancers have some characteristics on MDCT manifestations, and have the important value to Clinical treatment plan choice.关键词
