Abstract
Objective Study of dual phase multi slice spiral CT scan in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and evaluate the clinical value of peripheral vascular invasion in pancreatic. Method 20 patients with pancreatic cancer underwent 8 slice dual phase enhanced 16 slice spiral CT scan, the scan delay time are respectively 30s and 65s, contrast agent 100ml, injection rate 3ml/s. Was observed and compared in the two normal pancreas and tumor enhancement, and peri pancreatic vessels invasion. According to the CT signs of peripancreatic vessels in the assessment of tumor resectability, and compared with the results of operation. Result Tumor of pancreas contrast in pancreatic phase was superior to the portal phase (19/20, 5/20, P<0.01). Pancreatic phase scan can clearly show the peripancreatic vessels, including 5 cases of interruption of peripancreatic vessels, wrapped in 4 cases, 2 cases of partial wrapping. 20 cases of tumor patients, surgery that can be removed in 9 cases, 8 cases of resection. Conclusion Multi slice spiral CT enhanced scanning gate pulse period pancreatic phase enhanced scan showed clearly in favor of pancreatic cancer, pancreatic cancer clinical evaluation of peripheral vascular invasion and resectability.关键词
