Abstract
Objective: After the surgery clinical monitoring of trace pump transvenous potassium supplement and nursing were analyzed,to explore the clinical application value of evidence-based nursing. Methods:By our hospital 90 cases of severe intensive care ward, general surgery and postoperative cardiac surgery patients trace pump were treated with intravenous potassium supplement, it is divided into two groups at random, take routine nursing care to patients in the control group, and on the basis of conventional nursing the patients in observation group to strengthen the evidence-based nursing. On two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing care for comparative analysis. Results: two groups of patients for nursing care were more satisfied, and compared with the control group, patients in the observation group for nursing satisfaction degree is higher, (88.89%VS 97.78%,p<0.05). Conclusion:the surgical patients with postoperative trace pump transvenous potassium supplement for rigorous clinical monitoring and care, have a positive clinical significance.Evidence-based nursing model has higher application value and is worth popularizing in clinic.关键词
