摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the humanistic care to outpatient transfusion room nurse patient disputes ef ect. Methods: Patients with psychological needs and infusion site vein correct assessment of the patient, while giving the patients and their families to comfort, do the health education, improve the success rate of puncture, to al eviate the suf ering of patients, reduce the incidence of disputes. Results from July to 2013 July:2012 years because of disputes 0 service at itude, patient satisfaction increased, has received the good ef ect. Conclusion: given the humanities concern, more patients in the work of the people-oriented, explain the patient and meticulous work to reduce nurse patient disputes have important significance. Establishing good nurse patient relationship, can ef ectively reduce the occurrence of nurse patient disputes in the process of transfusion, improve nursing satisfaction.
