Abstract
adoptive immunotherapy is the main content of the current medical research. In the cellular immunity, A - NK cells as the adoptive immunotherapy of tumor (AIT) is a new type of immune ef ector cells which have substantial proliferation in the short term, regulate the body's immunity, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-aging, anti-tumor features widely at ention. It also shows a broad clinical application prospect. This paper tracked the international research progress on A - NK cellbiological characteristics, immunity and clinical application research status. As wel the progress are reviewed.关键词
