摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the posterior open reduction with observation of gaskets hol ow screw fixation in the treatment of tibial intercondylar clinical spine fractures. Methods:according to the diagnosis of 18 cases of tibial eminence fracture were treated by posterior reduction with tooth cushion hol ow screw internal fixation, postoperative hinge brace for 4 weeks, beginning to knee flexion exercises. Results: the postoperative X-ray examination to see the fractures healed wel , 15 cases were excellent, good in 2 cases, 1 cases, the excellent and good rate was 94.4%. Conclusion:posterior reduction gear gasket with cannulated screws fixation for tibial eminence fracture, has the characteristics of reliable fixation, smal trauma, applicable scope than pure screw wider, can early movement of the knee arthroscopy, suitable for not carrying out of hospital.关键词
