摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical ef ect and adverse reactions of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizzinate (MI)and Tiopronin (TP)on hepatic dysfunction induced by chemotherapeutic drugs. Methods 86 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate Injection 150mg, control group treated with Tiopronin 200mg. Results After two weeks,the symptoms and liver function parameters of two groups were significantlY improved,No obvious adverse reactions were found in MI group. Conclusion The clinical ef ect of MI on hepatic dysfunction induced by chemotherapeutic drugs is bet er than that of TP.关键词
