Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical pathological and immunohistochemical gastrointestinal stromal tumor characteristics, to improve the understanding of the gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Methods: 36 cases with GIST were analyzed in clinical pathology and immunohistochemistry. Results: the basic form of GIST tumor cells were spindle cells and epithelioid cells, CD117 and CD34 were dif usely positive expression. Conclusion: gastrointestinal stromal tumors occur in old, immunohistochemistry of CD117 and CD34 positive expression was diagnosed with gastrointestinal stromal tumors of the diagnosis basis.关键词
