Abstract
Objective: To compare the analysis of torasemide and furosemide treatment of chronic heart failure clinical ef icacy and safety. Methods: October 2011 to October 2013 in our hospital 106 cases of chronic heart failure patients randomized , double-blind group , furosemide torsemide group and each group 53 cases , the two groups before and after treatment of cardiac function , edema cases, weight change and adverse reactions were compared. Results: The two groups of patients after treatment were significantly improved cardiac function , weight loss, edema , between the two groups was not statistical y significant (P> 0.05) dif erence in average Torasemide 24h urine therapy group arrives (2159 ± 824.5) ml, higher than furosemide group (1893 ± 759.5) ml, the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05) between groups . Torasemide group, 12 cases of adverse reactions, furosemide group had 12 cases of adverse reactions , adverse reaction rate between the two groups was not statistical y significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: torasemide and furosemide is ef ective in treating chronic heart failure can ef ectively improve the cardiac function, reduce edema , Torasemide short-term diuretic ef ect stronger, more suitable for chronic heart failure hypokalemia.关键词
