摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the edema variation in patients in ICU with severity edema treated with hydroxyethyl starches130/0.4(HES 130/0.4)/furosemide. Methods Forty four patients in ICU with severity edema in the Af iliated Hospital of Guilin medical col ege were enrol ed, and they were treated with isotonic Na chloride/furosemide and HES 130/0.4)/furosemide sequencely. A self-control study was conducted. Results The urinary volume,urinary sodium and urinary potassium of patients during HES 130/0.4/furosemide infusion were more than those of patients during isotonic Na chloride/furosemide infusion, especial y urinary volume and urinary potassium (P<0.05). Conclusion It was ef ective that treating patients in ICU with severity edema with HES 130/0.4/furosemide, while electrolyte disturbances need to be monitored and prevented.关键词
