Abstract
Objective: To explore the method and curative ef ect of acupotomy plus local resistance combined with manipulation in the treatment of heel pain, for clinical popularization of the method of treatment for fel ow to reference. Methods: our hospital since 2010, the comprehensive analysis of cause of formation with pain, use of acupotomy combined with local block combined with massage in treatment of 35 cases of calcaneodynia. In the heel pain points by needle knife skiving of longitudinal drainage transverse strip, local block, plus massage. The general treatment of the three times for a course of treatment, once a week. Results: 35 cases were treated by the method of 1-3, one year of fol ow-up. Results excellent 26 cases, good in 7 cases, accounting for 74%, 20%, ef ective in 2 cases, accounting for 6%, 0 cases are invalid, the excellent ef ect accounted for 94.28%. Conclusion: local anesthesia is a good way for treating aseptic inflammation, adding gentamicin in local resistance, can be treated with bacteria, inflammation, and can prevent infection. The manipulation and make up for the deficiency of the acupotomy, after clinical validation, this method for the treatment of heel pain, and has the advantages of simple operation, easy to spread, the good method to treat heel pain.
