Abstract
Objective:To investigate the nursing of diabetic foot in order to improve the clinical ef icacy. Methods: Select our hospital from 2010 has treated 11 cases of diabetic foot in patients with diabetic foot were given comprehensive treatment, health education, foot care and wound treatment. Results:11 cases of diabetic foot patients after the treatment, 9 cases were cured, 3 cases in which, after 1~2 weeks on 2 cases of ulcer healing, 2-3 weeks of healing, 5 cases of ulcer healing in 1 cases with 3~4 weeks, admission ulcer into muscle layer, slow wound healing, 1 cases gave up treatment and discharged from hospital, gangrene transfer (fol ow-up survey:amputation). Conclusion:the lesions of diabetic foot is preventable and curable, treatment of diabetic foot is the goal of preventing the occurrence of foot ulcers and avoid amputation, therefore, do a good job in health care and health education and foot, early diagnosis, reasonable treatment is very important in diabetic patients, al eviate pain, improve the quality of life.关键词
