摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the ef ect of two kinds of solution to oral care. Methods: 60 conscious patients admit ed into our ICU were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group with 30 patients used sterilized water for injection for oral care, while 30 patients of control group were given physiological saline for oral care. Results: The oral comfort score of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, the dif erence was statistical y significant (P< 0.05); In the cleaness after oral care of the two groups, there was no statistical y significant dif erence (P> 0.05). Conclusions: Sterilized water for injection can be used to conscious patients for oral care to improve comfort.关键词
