Abstract
Objective:cerebral thrombosis complicated with pulmonary infection cases were portable bronchoscopic treatment were analyzed, clinical observation. Methods:a prospective, randomized paral el control ed, hospitalized from May March to 2013 2010 in our hospital 256 cases of cerebral thrombosis and pulmonary infection cases, 128 cases were randomly divided into group A (treated with conventional treatment such as anti-inflammatory, expectorant, symptomatic and supportive treatment), 128 cases in B group (given by portable bronchoscopy under the treatment with the conventional treatment, observation of curative ef ect of two groups). Results: Portable bronchoscopic treatment group and routine treatment group, mortality, body temperature returned to normal in time, lung wet rales disappearance time, total white cellcount, neutrophil classification of normal time and imaging inflammation absorption time, the dif erences were statistical y significant (P<0.05, P<0.01), clinical ef ect was achieved good. Conclusion: Portable bronchoscopy in treatment of cerebral thrombosis and pulmonary infection, high curative ef ect, lit le side ef ect, has a good clinical value.关键词
