Medical record is a kind of high value medical information, the diagnosis, treatment, care and has a guiding role. How to improve the quality of medical record in hospital is an important task faced by the. This article mainly elaborates the importance of the medical record quality, and in view of the present stage of medical record management in some of the problems put forward ef ective countermeasures, aiming at improving the quality of medical records.关键词
