Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical teaching ef ect on the practice of nursing students. Methods: specification of pre service training for nearly a year of internship, grasp the teachers team construction, at the same time pay at ention to nursing students' work performance and completion examination. Results: the enthusiasm and initiative of students autonomy, enhancement of work, the theory and operation of the examination are qualified.
