Abstract
Objective To comparing three detection methods of urine sediment analyzer, dry chemistry analyzer, microscope used in the determination of white blood cells in the urine. Methods Urine of 2157 patients was taken within the prescribed period of time and three kinds of method were used to detect the white blood cells in urine according to the various instruments and standard operating procedures. Results The positive rate of white blood cells with microscope microscopic was 13.0%. The positive rate of white blood cells with urinary sediment analyzer was 15.5% and the false positive rate was 3.5%, while false negative was 1.6%. Comparing microscope manual microscopic, coincidence rate of Urine sediment analyzer was 94.9%. The positive rate of white blood cells with dry chemistry analyzer was 11.5% and the false positive rate was 4.5%, while false negative was 8.7%. Comparing microscope manual microscopic, coincidence rate of dry chemistry analyzer was 86.8%. Conclusion Detection of urine white blood cells is af ected by many factors. If the joint is measured using three kinds of detection methods, the accuracy can be improved greatly, and it reduces the incidence of false positive and false negative.关键词
