摘要
Abstract
Objective to study the ef ect of high quality of nursing care for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, depression and anxietysymptoms and quality of life. Methods the clinical data of 48 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in our hospital in 2010January to 2014 January were treated in the hospital, nursing based on the method, the patients were divided into two groups, 24 cases in each group, the control group received routine nursing care, observation groupuses the high quality nursing method, using self rating depression scaleand anxiety self rating scale for depression and anxiety of patients,compared two groups of patients with depression, anxiety and quality of life. Results depression and anxiety group patients was significantly lower than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group patients quality of life than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion the quality of nursing carecan improve the depression and anxiety status of the patients, toenhance the quality of life.关键词
