Abstract
Objective: laparoscopic conservative operation of tubal pregnancy combined with medicine on prevention of persistent ectopic pregnancy were studied. Methods: data from 2012 May to 2013 May in our hospital were fal opian tube in 62 cases of persistent ectopic pregnancy after pregnancy, divided into two groups, patients in control group only received laparoscopic conservative operation treatment, the patients in the observation group on the basis of control group therapy combined with drug therapy, and the general data, methods of treatment and curative ef ect a retrospective analysis was conducted. Results: the two groups of patients after treatment, first days after operation, two groups of serumβ-HCG levels were decreased, and compared with those before operation were significantly dif erent (P<0.05), but no dif erence between the two groups (P>0.05);after third, 7, 14 days later, the study group. The degree of significantly bet er than the control group, compared with statistical y significant dif erence (P< 0.05). Conclusion: laparoscopic conservative operation combined with drug treatment of tubal pregnancy sustained ef icacy of ectopic pregnancy is obvious, it is worthy of popularization in clinical application.关键词
