Abstract
Objective: to explore the ef ect of iol implantation in the treatment of traumatic cataract. Methods: choose me in April 2012 to November 2013 for the treatment of 40 cases of traumatic cataract patients, 26 cases of 40 cases of patients immediately after hospitalization in wound repair, the problems of cataract extraction and intraocular lens implanted surgery; The other 4 cases of wound in the preliminary treatment after 3 ~ 6 months, line 2) implanted intraocular lens. Results:postoperative fol ow-up of 1~6 months, 18 cases of eyesight is 1.0, 0.5 or higher, and the < 15 cases were 1.0, < 0.5 in 7 cases. Conclusion: early treatment is the key to the treatment of injury of cataract, iol implantation is a traumatic cataract with obvious therapeutic ef ect, is worth promoting.关键词
