摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clilical indications and complications of chordomas resection with extended transsphenoidal approaches in microscope. Methods The surgical metheds and outcome about Transnasal septum approach、Sublabial septum approach and Modified Sublabial approach to chordomas resection were analyzed retrospectively. Results Transnasal septum approach and Sublabial septum approach can bet er remove the chordomas in middle and upper clivus,while Modified Sublabial approach can remove the chordomas in lower clivus. Conclusion Extended transsphenoidal approach is one of the safe and ef ective methods to remove the clivus chordomas.关键词
