Abstract
Objective To investigate the analysis of chronic disease in residents of Chuxiong City area of prevalence and control, to provide the scientific basis forprevention and control. Methods by using a stratified random cluster sampling method, selected at random from 15 towns and 4 community health service centers, 38 Vil age (neighborhood) of 2397 subjects aged 18 years and olderresidents. Results hypertension residents aged 18 years and above the prevalence rate was 20.53%, the awareness rate of hypertension was 59.35%,hypertension treatment rate was 77.40%, the control rate of hypertension was 9.39%. 18 years of age and older residents diabetes prevalence was 4.13%, the awareness rate of diabetes was 48.48%, diabetes treatment rate was 78.72, blood sugar control rate was 31.31. The prevalence rate was increased with age. Conclusion hypertension, diabetes. Hypertension, diabetes control rate was low.关键词
