Abstract
Objective: To summarize the experience of treatment for symptoms of abdominal distension of patients with severe acute pancreatitis Ming Zusanli injection of neostigmine methyl sulfate. Method: a total of 61 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients were divided into treatment group (31 cases) and control group (30 cases). The treatment group is treated with Ming Zusanli injection of neostigmine methyl sulfate in routine treatment; control group only received conventional treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Results: the clinical symptoms of the patients in the treatment group were al eviated time was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:the method is simple clinical operation, easy to master, can ef ectively al eviate the symptoms of abdominal distension in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.关键词
