Abstract
Objective To understand MSM (MSM) sexual characteristics and HIV / syphilis infection, providing evidence for Qinzhou MSM population health education. Methods 383 MSM-face unlinked anonymous questionnaires and blood for HIV and syphilis testing. The Results of AIDS awareness rate 93.99%; recent six months occurred homosexual buggery 366 people, accounting for 95.56%; most recent anal sex using a condom 152 people, accounting for 41.53%; six months occurred recently had anal sex were 83 commercial people, accounting for 21.67%;the last six months with the opposite happened noncommercial actors 67 people, accounting for 17.49%;HIV antibody positive rate was 1.83%, syphilis antibody positive rate was 1.31%. Conclusion Qinzhou low condom use among MSM, HIV prevalence of high-risk behavior, knowledge of AIDS prevention publicity alone is dif icult to motivate behavioral change, prevention and control strategies should be adopted to curb the AIDS epidemic diverse class population.关键词
